适用于从各种不同来源的体液样本中纯化病毒DNA或者病毒RNA

· 20-40分钟内即可完成体液中总核酸的制备，同步分离纯化病毒DNA或病毒RNA

· 较传统的煮沸法提取病毒DNA相比，检测灵敏度增加10-50倍以上

. 较传统Trizol法提取病毒RNA相比，检测灵敏度增加5-10倍以上

· 添加的Carrier RNA有效提高病毒的检测敏感性（稳定检测到体液中浓度为100 copies/ml的病毒）

· 无须酚氯仿抽提及异丙醇沉淀步骤

· 所获的核酸不含杂质及抑制物，可使用多至1/2反应体系体积的模板进行扩增
